Wuhan International Expo Center is the largest multifunctional expo center in Central China, with the most comprehensive facilities.
The Expo Center primarily focuses on exhibitions, displays, and conferences, integrating exhibition, technology, culture, business, leisure, tourism, and residential areas. As an all-encompassing “urban living room”, it plays a key role in showcasing Wuhan to the outside world. The Expo Center is tasked with significantly developing the modern service industry and cultivating the exhibition industry as a new growth sector in Wuhan.
The core area of the Expo Center includes exhibition halls, conference centers, Intercontinental Wuhan, a global (cultural) center, and the Smart Building of Wuhan International Expo Center. It covers a total area of 6,253 mu with an investment of approximately RMB50 billion. The Expo Center will continually enhance its urban exhibition functions, dedicated to promoting the rapid and high-quality development of Wuhan's exhibition industry, and aim to become the “urban exhibition hall” on the Yangtze River Economic Belt while supporting the city's development.
