The upcoming Symposium will feature China Railway Construction International Group (CRCG), a Fortune 500 company known for its achievements in infrastructure construction. CRCG also boasts extensive experience in overseas hospital projects. During the forum, CRCG will officially announce a range of overseas hospital construction projects currently under development. These include the Coquimbo Hospital and O'Higgins Hospital in Chile, as well as the National Neurosurgery Hospital in Santiago. These projects will cover a wide array of healthcare-related fields such as smart healthcare, medical purification systems, logistics systems, medical building materials, and hospital furniture, presenting ample opportunities for domestic and international businesses to engage.
The symposium will focus on several key areas where collaboration is sought:
1. Smart Healthcare:
· Building a BIM digital twin platform integrating smart building systems and ward management modules.

Featured Overseas Hospital Projects
Hospital Franchise Project in Coquimbo, Chile
Located in the Coquimbo region, this project is CRCG’s first hospital concession project abroad. With a total construction area of 131,400 square meters and 605 beds, the hospital will become the largest comprehensive modern medical facility in the region. It will serve approximately 980,000 people in the neighboring provinces of Limari, Elqui, and Choapa. This new facility, in combination with the neighboring hospital in La Serena, will significantly elevate the overall healthcare standards in the region.
O'Higgins Hospital, Chile
This project encompasses two hospitals: Pichilemu Hospital and Rengo Hospital, with a total construction area of 77,872 square meters. The Rengo hospital will have 235 beds across 65,897 square meters, while Pichilemu hospital will cover 11,974 square meters and have 27 beds.
Bahamas Hospital Project
Located near Perpall Trace in the northern part of New Providence Island, this hospital will cover 34,000 square meters and offer 200 beds. The hospital will focus on women’s and children’s health, alongside general medical services. It will be a modern, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient facility built to meet US and local standards. This project is part of the Bahamas government’s broader strategy to enhance its healthcare system, improving public healthcare service quality, efficiency, and safety for its citizens.
